Earthmover TMPH Heat Resistane Predictions

The TMPH heat resistance rating measures the tire capability to endure mine haul job cycles without heat failure. 

Determining tire TMPH is faster and lower cost on a test wheel than for the high capital cost vehicle test track approach.

Wheel to Road Performance Models

Model and compare tire temperature stresses at proposed curved wheel load, speed and inflation stress conditions to translate to flat highway  stresses, insuring that the wheel test conditions correlate to highway service.



Electron Beam Processing 

Electron Beam Processing, EBP Pre-Cure, creates reversible carbon-carbon crosslinks in rubber that increase the dimensional stability of the uncured tire components. 

This stability of the green component's dimensions eliminates handling distortions and  reduces tire weight and cost.
